Portugal: Mourão's Feria das Candeias bullfights have been published

Bull breeder Joaquín Grave has announced the next Feria das Candeias de Mourão, the bullring that traditionally opens the bullfighting season in Portugal. Two festivals will take place on 1 and 4 February featuring promising and proven bullfighters from all levels of the bullfighting world. These are the combinations:

- Wednesday, February 1 (local holiday) - Festival de Juventude. António Raul Brito Paes. Cavaleiros praticantes: Diogo Oliveira, Tristão Ribeiro Telles and amador Francisco Maldonado Cortes, Forcados de Monsaraz, novilleros Diogo Peseiro and Eric Olivera and becerrista Gonçalo Alves.

- Saturday 4 February - Festival de Figuras. Murteira Grave. Cavaleiros: Luís Rouxinol Jr. and António Ribeiro Telles (son). Forcados de Santarém, bullfighter Domingo Lopez Chave, Manuel Dias Gomes, Tomás Rufo and novillero Manuel Caballero.
